Explain to me how someone making $150,000 a year gets a fricking break on SS and Med taxes.

All income should be taxed, period, just because someone makes over more than $106,800 a year, they get a break.

But what would the working man expect, they write the laws to benefit them (DC elected), but what's new.

Let's say a business owner works his fricking ass off for years, finally being able to start paying himself, his pay is set at $107,000 per year. Now look at what sits in DC, the elected officials current pay is $174,000 a year, they do not pay SS or Med on $67,000 a year.

This is in the neighborhood of $4100 a year. Doesn't sound like much, but to the honest life long worker, it is a hell of a lot.

Why is this, they write the laws to benefit themselves, period.

It used to be a nickel and dime increases, now it is the $50 $100 hits.
