It always interests me when a European writes in to say their views. Our Country was founded on European stock, but not from
those who think we should pay most of our money to the Gov't.
Our ancestors didn't believe in the devine right of kings, nor
feudalism. They believed in working hard and making a world for themselves without interference from king or state.
The ones who allowed themselves to be enslaved by their masters are still in Europe. It is deeply imbedded in their

As for troop strength in Iraq, actual military is limited to 160 at the Embassy.

There are private defense contractors that are housed at the three consulates, however that is a far cry from the 300,000 deployed during the invasion, or the 176,000 coalition troops that were in the country during 2004-2009.
