For all the animals i feel for chickens the most

Not all chickens, just factory chickens.

Mine spend all day roaming around looking for interesting things to eat, poop on, or make a dust bath out of.

Just this year alone over 25 BILLION chickens have been eaten.

The end of days for the chickens had arrived.
Our assembly line was set.
I would get the chickens from their shed, walk around the to the other side of the barn and chop their heads off with an axe.
My brother takes the still moving body from me and submerges it in hot water.
The women take over from there, plucking, cutting and freezing.

Hazel was the first to die, as she jumped into my arms when I first went into their shed.
When I came back in, covered in Hazel's blood, the other 48 chickens knew something was terribly wrong.
That was the day I became a vegetarian.
I never ate Hazel.
