Is that the dress Emilie wore when she DIED?!!!!! If not then there could be SEVERAL reasons why mom would have her wear that dress. In this case there is no conspiracy or harm in her wearing a dress that the parents may have seen as a way to honor her sister. Oh and Emilie was buried yesterday Dec 22 so that wasn't the dress her little sister wore to the funeral.
