Let me tell you what a shofar is.

It is a conduit of spiritual energy.

Joshua used the shofar and the walls of Jericho came tumbling down.

The sound of the shofar calls Jews to repentance.


It is a blessing to hear its sound.


Many Jews hear the shofar exactly twice a year.

Messianic believers have come to the shofar by the thousands, blowing the ram's horn as part of their weekly services.
Do not underestimate its sound.

Was debating whether to tell the one shofar "healing" I experienced firsthand, but here goes:

My husband is a Messianic believer in the Messiah.
Born Jewish.
A good friend with a struggling cafe - and who of us is not struggling nowadays - asked him whether she should quit running the cafe or hang on. She is a single parent, very concerned to do what is right for her child and herself.

We asked if we could bless her restaurant with our shofar - we came in around closing time, only one startled couple still dining -
and prayed for clarity for her. Then I sounded the Yemeni ram's horn once.

NOT praying for money or success, but for clarity as to whether she should close up shop and move, or stay with the cafe. She was very close to broke at the time.

She got the answer in the next couple of days.

Her cafe has been providing very well for her and her employees for several months now.

For now, she has her answer.

Anyone who's on the verge and wondering if they should close down their cafe needs to get in touch with Restaurant Impossible!

you know, thats most probably because the same person went and bumped them.

I viewed the one about the rabbi and the dog, then noticed them and started this thread.

It is weird how things converge at times, and this is one of those times.

It just means what most people already know

The shofar crap is there way of trying to inject themselves into worldwide Christian festivities at Christmas
