She was going to kill herself anyway !!!!!!!! | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 30708273 Australia 12/23/2012 05:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Seemed obvious to me from the start that she was mentally unstable She was on the phone for 3 seconds, according to all reports During those 3 seconds, she spoke about six words She had two children She was married She had extended family She had obligations to all the above She was a middle aged woman holding a position whereby people's health and possibly lives depended upon her professionalism Yet the media attempted to claim she killed herself over 3 seconds and 6 words No. Life doesn't work that way. If all it took were 3 seconds and 6 words to cause her to kill herself, then it's my opinion she was mentally unbalanced, a loose cannon which could have gone off anytime, anywhere, over anything As such, she was not equipped to act as a nurse, imo If the hospital has any charges to answer, it should be its failure to properly vet the woman It's now reported she had two unsuccessful suicide attempts and that her psychiatrists had already warned her family she was likely to attempt suicide again As we know, we will succeed if we 'try, try and try again' The hospital deserves the criticism it's received, imo, but NOT because the nurse committed suicide but because the hospital had FAILED to properly investigate that nurse before employing her to minister to the sick and vulnerable WHY is her family continuing to bleat about the matter when her FAMILY KNEW her past history of attempted suicide and HER FAMILY COULD NOT HAVE FAILED TO REALISE that she was not fit to be employed in a position where the sick and vulnerable were dependent upon her ? I'm tired of the entire thing. She wanted to be dead and now she is. Time her family stopped grandstanding in my opinion and just went away |

That doesn't give them the right to blame everyone else for her death. They kept quiet about her previous attempts all this time and milked it for all it was worth. Probably got her body flown back to India free of charge because of the publicity. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 20903842 United States 12/23/2012 06:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | JACINTHA Saldanha, the British-Indian nurse who was found dead in her lodgings after answering an Australian hoax phone call about the Duchess of Cambridge, had reportedly tried to kill herself twice before, and was suffering depression. Quoting: Loose Canon [link to www.smh.com.au] So they vilify the two DJs and blame them when she was going to kill herself anyway. Even gave her a funeral in the Westminster cathedral didn't they? You think the british are that stupid to put someone suicidal in charge of them |
