Hey Happy New Year, All though this year will probably be a bad year... All bets are off..

My resolution is to stop using the word "government", at least regarding the US, and use instead "crime syndicate operating out of Washington DC" and to stop using "we", inplying my inclusion with the US as in "we invaded Iraq."

Here's to a better life for everyone!
As for me:
-Advance in my martial arts
-Develop anti-gravitic and power generating technology
-Continue my journey on this weird planet

Think I'll try quitting cigs myself. Im going to try one of the e-cigs. Hopefully that will help. Happy New Year to you.

Wife and I are doing the 24 day challenge she's trying to drop the baby weight and I'm trying to get ripped got it from a buddy of ours. Working great so far wife has already dropped a couple inches.

No weight loss problems I am thin as a stick
No need to stop smoking I never smoked in my whole life
No debt to pay back

I am broke as anything
Did not celebrate Christmas or New Year

The electric/heating bill/rent took my left over money.
Won't receive my pension til January 10

I am at a great start as you can see
Always trying to do as best as I can with the little (or the nothing) that's left - never giving up hope

Our governments/E.U. thieves are making us more and more poor

Why people keep voting for them is beyond my understanding
I doubt we will see the system crumble considering all the support they get.

Atta girl!!! It's a tough fight, but well worth it in the end. Just remember, once you quit, you will be quitting for the rest of your life. Take each day as it comes. When the temptation to cave comes, embrace it and tell it that you are in control and are going to kick it's little ass. Then, kick it's little ass. Repeat as necessary.

As for me...

1) Get back in touch with God.
2) Get my finances in order.
3) Get in shape/loose weight (at least 40 lbs)
4) Do something fun every day

I have found the best way to qit smoking is not to quit at all!

Two years I have been smoking these e-cig things, they taste better and are even more pleasurable than real cigs with none of the drawbacks.

It doesn't end the nicotene addiction but it ends the worst parts of it.

It takes some research and effort and money but way less money than real cigs long term.
