I take it. If I understood him correctly, OP said that ALL aminos are lysine first/before converting to a protein. If that's true, then supplementation shouldn't be necessary. We shouldn't be having cold sores because we would have a constant supply of a lot of lysine (since ALL aminos are lysine before becoming protein). |
