I don't think that's the point of Tagg's comments.

I think he's saying Mitt didn't WANT to do it, but NO ONE else could be found that the people were going to vote for (just my opinion of what Mitt might have meant).

Lots of people to tell here and take his place.

I said early on that Mitt Romney could not defeat Obama by taking the postions that and he should have known that he wouldn't be able to too. Ron Paul was the only one who could have solidified the Republican party and brought in the necassary independents to defeat Obama; but the point wasn't to defeat Obama; it was to propogate the status quo. Of course he never shared this with the Repubs that faithfully threw their weight behind him. But then again I think they were more interested in the status quo as well.

I cant believe how retarded republicans are! Huntsman should of been the nominee.He would of kicked obama out the white house.

Huntsman spoke way to intelligently to be the president. Things like working together, are not good selling points to either side.


He was way to "center" for either side to accept. Actual a decent guy too.

Makes zero sense. For someone that didn't even want it he sure wasted a lot of time and money campaigning to be president.

I think his wife Anne was more ambitious and talked him into it. If only she could have had a career and carried out herself the ambitions she secretly harbors. But since she didn't she had to fulfill her ambitions through her husband. That's my take on it anyway.

So to be president of U.S.A you have to sound stupid to apeal to people? No wonder this country is so screwed.The right wants to turn this country to the right and the left wants to turn this country to the left.

I think they had him convinced he was the one chosen to win, thus having the cruel pleasure of seeing him feel betrayed At the end. Why wouldn't they.
