Honestly, probably not much. Ammo is a stockpiled item in the USA.

I'd bet half of it is never fired. The other half would go to target practice.

And maybe like 1/100th of 1 percent gets fired during gun fights, on patrol, etc.

no... these aren't for training purposes.

It will be used for after the gun control laws are placed.

Its equal to 1,384 round per agent or officer per year. they train several times a year. They would use the same ammo for training as they would for service for a number of reasons including they would want to train with the same ammo so the would get the same results in service
