Interesting theory, makes sense that we have now entered this interstellar energy cloud.
so far theories are:
1) Just the first phase in total global control of the weather.
2.) In order to block our view of some celestial object (this theory obviously lame).
3.) In order to blanket the ground with hibernating bacteria, that can be triggered via HARRP frequency activation.
4.) (most likely) To replicate the natural cooling effects that are brought about by volcanic erruption, using particulate to deflect heat/energy.
5.) to spray us with toxins and viruses that accelerate the natural selection process, wearing down and killing the weak and freeing up resources for the surviviors.
