why was the manager chasing him, the Mother should of been chasing her child? The manager should of approached her and told her to get her kid and get out, got a crew to clean up the mess.
Im not taking the Mother or the Child's side on this, sounds to me its a diversion like the other poster said
sad but true there is a liability there, he should of never gave chase and touched her kid.
he should of just called the police before chasing the kid if it was that bad.
