Reserve judgement. The kid was probably autistic. Autistic children have tantrums that are very difficult to control. It's a shame when they break things. My little cousin is autistic and the other day she threw a tantrum for no reason and broke our thousand dollar TV. -__- It sucks but it's one of those situations where you just have to suck it up and deal with it. The woman should be responsible for replacing anything her kid broke, though. After all, we tried to tell her vaccines were not good for her child.

Between vaccinations, toxic foods and getting children on psych meds at a young age, children are nuts these days. But they have been raised to be. When I was a kid in the 60's/70's A.D.H.D. and all of the other childhood diagnosis going around did not exist. There was always one or two kids that were a little more hyper or misbehaved but that problem usually got nipped in the bud by the parents and/or teachers.
