Awesome cookies!!!!!! (Recipe)

I found this recipe for the most awesome cookies ever, and it requires no baking !

3 sleeves of Ritz crackers
3 bags of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag of peppermint candy
1 bag of white chocolate chips (optional)

Using the double broiler method melt the chocolate
Place the peppermint candy in a doubled ziplock bag and crush using a rolling pin or such
Once chocolate is melted, dip and coat crackers and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet.
While the chocolate is still moist, sprinkle with peppermint crumbs and then use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate on the cookie
Put in fridge for 2 hours so they will set then enjoy !
