Harper wasn't around when this shit happened. He didn't do it.

I don't like the bill they are trying to pass. Land grabs are never good wothout consulting anybody. Soon they will be doing it to the rest of us.

Alot of the bands got money over the school issue's here in BC. Some of the children of the parents that were in the schools also got money because they themselves were affected by their parents behavior after the fact. Some of these kids got 100k.

Some of the other bands that got money were corupt and the money never got to where it was supposed to go. Criminals on all levels including the band leaders themselves. Criminals are everywhere in every level of society. Give people in power money that are in a position of power and they always abuse it.

The government should be cutting checks to the individuals themselves not the bands.

Some of these people that got payments did well with the money. Others blew it on drugs and booze and new vehicles that they smashed up after they got drunk. Its a vicious circle. They are no different than anybody else I guess. You give lots of money to drug addicts and alcoholics and it gets pissed away. Their money their right to do with it what they want but it does not help their cause.

Alot of the money given to the bands over the years has been squandered by band members.How shall that problem be addressed. They wanted self government and got it and now their own people are screwing them.
