Tennessee scientists are planning to capture a 2 ton Lodon bus, relocate it and turn it into a Public Transit system for hillbillies on their way to a bluegrass concert.

The State Capitol's Office of Science and technology will consider the $16 plan in the coming weeks as it prepares to set its transport agenda for the next decade.

If approved it would be the first time a road vehicle has ever been moved by a sober hillbillie.
