where has Lt. Paul Vance been lately.

Last I saw have him on Friday he looks sick. Here in Connecticut he didn't interview with a local news station his face was red and his skin look like it was peeling or had hives. It looks as if something was eating at him. It will be curious to see how he develops in the next few weeks. I wish I could find a video but can't.. but his health has deteriorated massively.
