The common rifle in a military conflict is not designed to kill. The purpose is to give a devastating wound and to have one or two combatants care for the injured. One injury can keep up to three combatants off the field.

The .223 round was not designed to kill,it was designed to injure.

Can it kill,yes,if it hits a sweet spot.


I can not hunt a deer with a .223 because it does not have enough killing potential.

Assault weapon = any weapon that scares a liberal.
Just like Racist is any term or action or idea that offends a liberal.

The first one is a word designed to assault your 2nd amendment rights.
The second one is a word designed to assault your 1st amendment rights.

Here is my point. There is a war against weapons/guns. This war needs an enemy for the public to hate,the enemy is the dreaded AR 15. There are many,many rifles that have more killing power but they don't look as menacing.

If TPTB can get the average unknowing person to condemn a single rifle,they can get them to condemn them all.

Why would the people that want to control everyone want anyone to have any type of gun?

I am speaking about the laws of my State. I can not hunt a deer with the dreaded .223 because my state officials say it will not result in a kill.

Assault weapon definition.

Anything that is used against another criminally. Bat, Sword, Gun, etc... Assault means to "offend" Immoral, unethical, etc...

Americans do not have "Assault Weapons"

Americans have "Defense Weapons" as per the Constitution Requirements.

But in reality, and "assault weapon" is defined as a FULLY AUTOMATIC rifle or carbine. The weapons used by ALL the alleged shooters, were NOT "assault weapons".
