OP... things fall apart for a reason. Be glad it does, because it was not sustainable. Relationships fall apart if they are not based on true love, productive for all involved or able to prosper. You fall apart because you are not treating yourself with the love and respect you deserve. Trying to look for happiness OUT THERE, will never bring you true happiness. You need to start with yourself. You need to look at every area of your life, I feel you need to change your diet, you need to change your lifestyle.
