If you want it back you have to start feeling good about yourself. It's no big deal not to have one if your not depressed. Aura is your emotional well being and not your physical condition. Physical and emotional effect one another if you let it.

There is a threat here on glp that says that people without an aura are about to die in about a week. But! If you already have this for a linger time it might be something else. Maybe what you said about being legally dead 3 times.
Maybe you have a real poor spirit body connection. If it is possible maybe a shaman cab help you to reconnect to your body again. Not shure though but that's my first thought.

The soul inside you gives a aura. I have seen a soul(perhaps it was a demon leaving a body)but supposedly the soul gives you your aura.

OP here:it was seven years ago that I was last told I was "not there" no aura ect.

I am a very upbeat positive person so I doubt it is related to emotional states and my physical state is good I usually get over being sick in less than 3 days.

I have not run into anyone who can see auras in a while so I have no way of knowing if it was temporary or if my lack of aura is still on going.

This answer is very reasonable, I think. I have a sister with a very thin aura, and she wallows in self-loathing and seems to hate her body. Unfortunately, people like this are often not likely to admit there is any sort of link between the mind, body, and emotions.

I was told about 20 +years ago I didn't have an aura, it really spooked the person apparently. Hasn't affected me in the slightest, although when I had my palm read, I asked the woman jokingly how long I would be expected to live expecting something like into my 80's, but she said she couldn't tell, so I said ok, 90's?, nope, 100's? nope, longer? Yes she said, but she couldn't tell when, she reckoned it was at least way past my 100's and she didn't see an end to my life. So, at the moment I am extremely fit and well, only have a touch of asthma, but according to most people look a lot younger than I am.
