If you say you sold your rifle, they will want a bill of sale. If you don't have one I'm sure you will be in some kind of trouble.

the cops I know say they will not even try to confiscate American gun owners frearms as they value their lives too much and want to live..

they say they would turn in their badges go home and get ready for the civil war/ chaos to start.

So let me get this straight. Some random citizen spends, lets say for arguments sake- $1000.00 on a rifle. (its only an assault weapon if you kill someone or something) So we will just call a duck a duck and say Rifle. Then the govt says you can have it (Which is illegal, and anyone passing this law against the law of the land should be arrested for treason and immediately made an example of) that citizen is supposed to hand over that firearm and Not be reimbursed for it ? Isnt that considered robbery and use of force is justified against a robbery isnt it ?

Adding to post above, when i say reimbursed i mean if you spent 1000 they should give one thousand.
