That's 28 per day, and we never get 24/7 coverage for each small child killed with stories of how they wanted to be a Doctor, Pilot or even the President. We don't get to hear every detail of their lives for 2 weeks straight every half hour on the hour, nor are we told of the funerals while somber music plays in the background. We never get to see the impromptu roadside markers that are put up, with the candle light vigils and stuffed animals for the victims of drunk driving. We never see the President on TV wiping away fake tears for the victims, talking about the need for Prohibition to save the little children.

If the tragedy does not fit with the agenda it is not seen. It is no less tragic for the families, but they are ignored if they cannot be used to further the political goal. On average 29 children are killed in pedestrian School Bus accidents each year, with 5 more who are killed as passengers. That is 34 per year, yet we see nothing on the news for them, even though it is more than are killed in mass school shootings.

The major press along with the government are masters of manipulation using emotion to control and shape the thinking of the masses, facts be damned.
