Let's see, 50,000 Americans vs 1 foreigner. Who wins?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12502173

Hopefully we are still a nation of laws and not the popular will of men. Imagine - by dismantling the Law you rout the devil out of your homeland and chase him to the very border where he turns on you . . . and you no longer have the Law to protect you. What then?

Are the Brits still refusing to let radio host Michael savage into their country?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30108220

Let's make this simple, so that our American friends can understand.

Say an NRA representative came over here and started saying that gun control laws should be relaxed, do you think we would have grounds to deport him?

I'll answer for you. No don't be so fucking ridiculous.

I am a lawyer and I can inject some sense into this situation even if America wanted to deport Mr. Morgan ,it couldn't because it would be a fundamental violation of human rights and it would be a violation of several US laws as well as international conventions . In fact it would be legal for Mr . Morgan to sue the creators of this petition for slander among other major and minor offences.

So, Martin Galvin was engaged in activities which went against British law and thus, he was rightly deported.

Morgan is presently engaging in SEDITIOUS ACTS against OUR CONSTITUTION and as a foreign national he can be incarcerated and/or deported for his activity.

He is using OUR media to engage in propagandist activities, trying to rally OUR citizens to infringe upon the rights of other U.S. citizens.

We can deport him.

Hell, we can hang him.

I suggest he get smart and protect himself.

He doesn't want to use a gun to do it.

He better use his feet and start running for the border.

Look at this crap

Deport Anyone who Signs the Petition to Deport Piers Morgan.

A bunch of dumb-shits want to deport Piers Morgan for verbally attacking the 2ND AMENDMENT. Not only is this dumber than dumb, it is also a clear attack on the 1ST AMENDMENT. Therefore we, the undersigned, demand the IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION of all the knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing, Hummer-driving, Axe-wearing, NCIS-watching, Applebee's-eating, TobyKeith-listening, Wrangler-wearing, milk-drinking dipshits who signed that dumb petition in order to create a more perfect nation. Something about God. Something else about freedom. USA USA USA!!!
