I do agree. While I would shed no tears to see his ass deported the sword that is being wielded against him is a two-sided sword. We can't protect the 2nd amendment by destroying the 1st. The Constitution is based on NATURAL LAW rights that are inherent in our being, it only enumerates those rights, it does not grant them. Therefore to say Piers does not deserve 1st Amendment protection because he is not a citizen is wrong. By thinking this way, you are assuming that rights are not inherent, but granted.

The constitution doesn't apply to foreigners. That was made very clear in the writing of the constitution.
