So although the 1st amendment states you have the right to freedom of expression, that doesn't count if someone is using that right to express an opinion about the 2nd amendment?
I'm confused. I really am confused.
Tell me again about the bit where America is the land of the free and the just?

This...the Constitution does not explicitly state that you have to be an American to be protected by the rights in the Constitution/Bill of Rights because they are not granted by any government. The Rights are granted by God Himself and only He can 'take them away.' For some unknown reason people do not allow others to have a differing opinion, and believe that having one should be met with hostility. This kind of mindset is anathema to our American values. As an American, an America-loving-American, I fully support Piers Morgans stupid-ass opinion merely because he has no authority whatsoever on my life. Let him talk his shit and he will go down like Mike Huckabee. ^ VOICE OF REASON
