This...the Constitution does not explicitly state that you have to be an American to be protected by the rights in the Constitution/Bill of Rights because they are not granted by any government. The Rights are granted by God Himself and only He can 'take them away.'

For some unknown reason people do not allow others to have a differing opinion, and believe that having one should be met with hostility. This kind of mindset is anathema to our American values.

Something has happened with regard to him being given an ultimatum from "the powers that be" when he featured in Unlawful Killing (an independent film shown at Cannes film festival last year about the murder of Princess Diana which is banned in the UK. And is being pulled off the net daily at every upload!)

In the film documentary he was very level headed and all but inferred he believed she was murdered amongst a conspiracy involving the UK establishment (monarchy, media, police)

Interestingly enough soon after that he has never mentioned anything about his views on her death and subsequently lands a top job on CNN spewing everything he possibly can that is "pro establishment" in return for fame and fortune and "power".

And all this in a very quick turn around which I have always found curious.

Is he actively trying to become a Naturalized American citizen or is he here as a foreigner under a work Visa?

- Apply for citizenship
- Be a green card holder (you must hold a green card for 5 YEARS before applying for Naturalization)
- Have been a continuous resident of the US for 5yrs immediately prior to filing for Naturalization
- Stay in the US as primary residence after Naturalization
- Learn the language
- Be a decent person. To become a U.S. citizen, you must be a person of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States during all relevant periods under the law.

Uhm, I have thoroughly studied my Constitution and the Rights listed in the Bill of Rights. I chose a Libertarian professor for my Government, U.S. History I and II classes. Nowhere in those documents is your point listed. Mine isn't listed either, but I'm not using the Constitution to attack Freedom of Speech, either.
