Morgan has the right to spew his garbage, but since he is not a naturalized citizen, he is here as our guest and unless/until he has over extended his welcome, he is free to stay as long as he renews his resident alien visa. If we the people have grown tired of him, we the people reserve the right to strip him of said visa and return him to his native land. If he or any non-citizen does not like this, then either leave or become a citizen. Is that easy enough to understand?
