I am a lawyer and I can inject some sense into this situation even if America wanted to deport Mr. Morgan ,it couldn't because it would be a fundamental violation of human rights and it would be a violation of several US laws as well as international conventions . In fact it would be legal for Mr . Morgan to sue the creators of this petition for slander among other major and minor offences.

Mr. Morgan is not. you're wrong! the person that started the petition is protected under the 1st amendment, as are all the people that signed it, as is piers morgan...
