OP, have you actually studied the U.S. Constitution AND the Bill of Rights.

You might want to check out Article 9.

It deals with enumerated rights. That is, just because it isn't specifically stated does not mean it isn't there. Or, rights not specifically stated within still exist regardless of not being mentioned specifically.

The framers, though they were white men, were actually exceptionally brilliant and thoughtful men.

The Bill of Rights puts restrictions on GOVERNMENT and their ability to infringe upon rights, not upon the people.

It is the GOVERNMENT that restricts and creates corrupt laws that infringe upon the inalienable rights of the people.

It is the rule of despots that leads to corrupt government and corrupt policies.

And, it is that corruption that is why Article Two, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, exists.
