Re: .
OP, have you actually studied the U.S. Constitution AND the Bill of Rights.

You might want to check out Article 9.

It deals with enumerated rights. That is, just because it isn't specifically stated does not mean it isn't there. Or, rights not specifically stated within still exist regardless of not being mentioned specifically.

The framers, though they were white men, were actually exceptionally brilliant and thoughtful men.

The Bill of Rights puts restrictions on GOVERNMENT and their ability to infringe upon rights, not upon the people.

It is the GOVERNMENT that restricts and creates corrupt laws that infringe upon the inalienable rights of the people.

It is the rule of despots that leads to corrupt government and corrupt policies.

And, it is that corruption that is why Article Two, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, exists.

PLEASE, if you want to learn, research the following...

"consent of the governed"

It will rock your world and open your eyes. Here's a simple start...

I'm not speaking against any of their ideas, but the actual signed Constitution itself. If we keep it, we will always have racist assholes. Sigh. I'm too exhausted to explain further. Do you get what I mean though?
 Quoting: Eeeric

I understand your confusion but I would point out that it is based in flawed assumptions and poor education.

In fact, the framers took great care to draft a Constitution and a Bill of Rights which allow for all people to be free, independent, sovereign.

It is the GOVERNMENT, drunk with power, which has acted against such reason.

The Constitution is perfect in it's design complete with instructions on how to amend it.

People, who find more comfort in getting lost in American Idol and football and have no interest in being the "check" against corrupt politicians by learning and understanding and taking part in our system, are more to blame for what is transpiring here in the United States.

Hey well if that is true, then all needs be done is for the supreme court to rule that the original principles written into the declaration of independence and bill of rights applies to all persons regardless of sex, race, religion, creed or color. And to enforce this decision through the judicial system on a case by case basis.

But they would have to refute the 14th amendment to do so, so that might get dicey.

We need to stop honoring them. Obama needs to personally write up a new Bill of Rights and burn the old one that was written and signed by uncivilized
Originally, the Bill of Rights were only written for Caucasian males. The Founding Fathers were racists and bigots. It outrages me how they are still respected by the masses.

Obama, it's time for you to strip them of their titles and burn their shitty parchment.

The declaration of independence and the bill of rights were not "perfect" documents, but they were a summary of the rational philosophers that blossomed during the enlightenment.

The ideas of natural rights began with the magna carta and graduated with the likes of John Locke, Francis Bacon and Rousseau. The constitution was an attempt to codify these principles to form a government of the people for the people to ensure and protect these rights. How can one individual like Obama credibly re-write similar codes that summarized hundreds of years of academic thought and philosophy to ensure everyone's guaranteed rights?

In your world, I think you would be better served by a dictator, but then again maybe that is what you want.

This is a White Christian Nation. Don't like it, leave.

All your bellyaching is eventually going to awaken Jacob.

It's past time we rise. End Liberaism. Send these ungrateful peasants back to their nations.

Words of advice for Jacob;

This battle we find ourselves in puts us all in great peril. We must begin to awaken to the truth of our days. We will prevail, but we must;

Be Openly Intolerant of Liberal Ideals (fuck political correctness)

Teach our Children about their heritage.

Embrace racism. Nationalism.

There are still many, many more of us. All it will take is for your neighbor to see "you" stand up and speak out.

Why don't you leave? My ancestors have been on this land for well over ten thousand years. And even though I'm a Christian, this is NOT a Christian country. So shove your bigot self-righteousness up your ass.
