The constitution is written with words.No man can claim to know the intent in the meaning of the written word beyond the meaning of the words themselves.Can you read minds?better yet dead ones?

I believe that we are all conceived as equals.What is done with that equality is up to us .The words in the constitution do not give us our natural rights or equality only confirm them.If you chose to believe the perceived intent (Told to you by another) behind the words rather than the words themselves it is your choice.You can make that choice because you have freedom given to you by your GOD, or nature and confirmed by the constitution.
It's kind of ironic that you can use a right confirmed and guaranteed buy the constitution to argue against it.

This one covers you thereby giving you the same right to amend the Constitution that we all have.
