He said, the portal charge can only be sustained for 4 hours and needs to cool for 36 hours before a new re charge of the system can take place, which takes an additional 24 hours. maybe you messed up there... because if its from the future and sending back in time, its not us that has to wait for it to cool down or recharge. he could cool down and recharge the tech and send his vision back to a second after the first session ended. If I get a further chat with him, I'll ask him about that, maybe there is a legitimate reason for why he does it this way, I don;t know as of yet.
