hi

Happy you have an addition to the family.

Pay it foward!

He was not an addition. Just fostered for a while. He lives down in Florida now. He is an incredible dog. Very inspirational to me. My wife is all into dog rescue, so we've had dogs in and out of the house, but none like Marley and what he had been through.

This one kind of got to me OP, and not in a bad way. Thanks.peace

OK, here are my dogs.

This is Dusty Bottoms.

:dustybottoms:

Shenanigans is on the left, Callisto on the right. When this picture was taken Shenanigans was about 8 months old. Yep, she's a puppy! lmao

:ShenanigansCalli:

This is Sevin. She almost died twice when we were trying to save her. She's blind in one eye, and deaf.

:sevin:

Jupiter frolicking on the beach.

:jupiterdog:

And this big one weighs in at over 160 lbs and still needs to gain a little. His name is MoJo. (They are all looking at some food).

This was a great share, Septenary Man! I loved watching those videos. I'm glad Marley has a great new home, too. I would like to track down those fools who hurt him and all those other sweet dogs, grrrr, just give me fifteen minutes with them!! The cruelty of some so-called humans is awful.

In Marley's case, it really sucks. These guys are illegal immigrants, which is REALLY tangling up the court proceedings, etc. They have video and stills of the torturing of the dogs, and of course all the deceased dogs recently killed when the feds showed up, so there is a lot of 'proof'.

It's kind of fun showing the personal side of me which I rarely discuss, unless it is in the deeper aspects of myself. If it is about that which surrounds me (family, etc) I do not post much about it.

Instant death penalty for the perpetrators of such cruelty; if not by the hands of the law, then by the hands of an angry mob.

Good story, OP. Glad you saved Marley.

It is. One really good thing, is that 5 of them are Great Danes. They are VERY laid back dogs. Except for Shenanigans. That dog has lived up to her name. But, she is only 11 months old right now.

But, when I get them all riled up, they cause the house to shake, lmao.

Nice vibes around today.

I noticed something within the replies of this thread.

Peoples focus, some focused on your kindness and others focused on the cruelty to the animals, it is important where we place our focus and if the things we find ourselves focusing on are of a positive or negative nature, given the choice of the two like was unwittingly given by you via this thread I would like to always choose to focus on the positive part, very Cool.

Hugs.

That was great to see. Good for you guys, glad to see people take the time to care. You made my day with the videos. I just don;t know how you could let him go! Fostering always amazes me, it takes a special kind of person; like you.
