strange visuals before bed last night

were you moon gazing by any chance?

Happens to me everytime I close my eyes in the dark. I see a bright purple eye shaped swirly thing in the center of my "vision".

ive seen that before..

but this was different. it was like the room was cloudy and the fabric of space time was disintegrating

We're you spacing out until the room filled dark around you?

Might want to go to the optometrist for a vision check.

I was not moon gazing but experienced the violet shapes & visualizations while relaxing/meditating. Every time I return to that state it starts up again after several minutes.

i used to be able to get the spiral, guess im just tired latley. it takes a lot of focus.


i was moving energy around my head last night though and i was feeling a cool breeze above my face as i did that

I used to do that very well when I was younger. Seems harder for me now. Especially I feel like I can't keep my eyes still. Whenever my eyes move th darkness disappears.

you must live in a town that doesnt have any fluoride in their water

Why is that? I drink mostly distilled water or RO water.

ive been avoiding tap water

also using flouride fee toothpaste for a couple years

I do it all the time. Love it. If you concentrate on them hard, and also relax your body at the same time, you'll start to see the most amazing things appear. Try focusing on bringing the colors up, trying to see light around shapes, the shapes will start coming as if they're silhouettes. Then the light will bleed into the silhouettes enough for you to see some pretty crazy stuff. When you concentrate enough, you may start to feel like you're traveling through it all.

Is it not normal to see this or something? I thought everyone did...

if the flourde is stopping the masses from this its a real shame.

what about south amarican countries?

wouldnt there be a mass awakeing in places without flouride?

Flouride is great for your teeth. But not that great to consume.

I also will see the "blue pearl" during the day sometimes which is different.

It's most likely your seeing the energy of a nearby higher density being.

What's that about?

As I was falling asleep with my eyes closed I saw purple and blue patterns of shapes ever changing. was awesome.

You can recreate that any time through relaxation/meditation. The color/shade of the blue/violet is amazing and so surreal.

Us experiencing this, what does it mean.

For me it is about expanding my awareness and unlocking elements of perception that I was previously oblivious to or closed off to.

I think you will need to ponder what it means to you. : )

I think its to do with the change in energies and cycles.

We are just more receptive to it. Organic diet?
