so far I've gone through:

skin hair
scars
leather
coins
plants flowers
inks
natural gold and platinum nuggets
various rocks


ideas?

Bugs! Bugs are great to look at under the microscope.

Also you can get a bit of pond water and look at it, you may see all kinds of organisms in there, it's like looking at a whole other world.

Also wads of dust, I've never looked at that but I imagine it could be interesting, you might find some creepy looking dust mites!

I love using microscopes!

Bits of grass and other plants are very interesting too!

Also you can scrape your mouth and when you look at that you may see cells.
