OP, this Morgan character is a criminal on the lamb from his home, FOREIGN country and he is acting as agent provocateur by ABUSING his position in the media to foment an undermining of OUR Constitution.

SINCE the US is in a declared state of war (via numerous Executive Orders) this Morgan character is more of an enemy combatant that a private person deserving of 1st amendment rights. He would probably fit the definition of an enemy spy and combatant under the PATRIOT act.
