Hey, i am looking to move to vancouver what are the laws and regulations regarding cannabis? are there medical dispensaries? do they work like out in LA or are they more strict?  our government watches and tracks all that is grown and sold. so when they take over they will know all there is to know.. Just dont take it out of province..they frown on that. can an american living in canada for a year partake in cannabis in bc or do i need citizenship? lol don't get caught. I was driving through the mountains and I looked around and I was the only one on the road. As I lit the pipe out of the corner of my eye a cop started driving along side me. I was like OH SHIT! After a minute or two I looked around and I was the only one on the road. I thought it was the beginning of super troopers lol
