An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 17-month-old child and his mother, who were last seen in Massillon, Stark County, at about 5:01 p.m., believed to have been abducted by three males wearing gray hoodies or sweatshirts.
According to Massillon police, the agency that issued the alert, said the suspect is a male believed to be driving a gold and tan Buick Century bearing Ohio license plates.
The child's name is Otise Hasker, 2 feet 4 inches tall and 25 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen at 1718 14th St, in Massillon.
His mother's name is Marshia Hasker, 20.
