"within first 3 hours", being the best outcome,we have nothing like that here.what annoyed me most last month a young girl dissaperared,and from stories on forums,most adults will purpously not get involved,for fear of being called an accomplice,and spead all over papers.i know decent men,and now women,will not even speak to children outside anymore.it seems like a horror show now.
