All the classic oldies are leaving the talent pool and we're left with nothing buy vapid swine now. I had to be the only kid in the 90s that watched Quincy, M.E. and Columbo till memorized. I even once stumped an on-Air live TV show host and won tickets by quizzing him on Quincy, M.E.. Such is life. Rest in peace. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 30108220 United States 12/24/2012 06:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is just a shame with all these well-known faces passing on. I don't consider 1/3 of these "entertainers" out there now stars or celebrities. I don't even know who most of them are. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17888588 Same here. I don't know any of the actors or musicians these days. from what I have seen I'm not missing much. The Brits have a few decent actors still putting out good films Clive Owen,Colin Firth etc.. We have someone named Channing Tatum. Well at least adam sandler hasn't made any movies in awhile so that is good news. |

Spread the word, change the collective conscious...... THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING TO GO AROUND When you are undisciplined, the universe is extremely forgiving and when you are disciplined, the universe is extremely generous. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1597055 Except, of course... Walter Matthau played 'Oscar' in the movie, and Lemmon played 'Felix'... "Hold my cat while I bring in my tomato plant. I remember watching the Odd Couple and finding it almost a relaxing & comfortable place to be. My brother reminded me of Oscar--his room was pretty much the same, a layer of crap that you had to climb over. I know he lost part of his vocal cords due to heavy smoking & throat cancer--but continued on. |

Your brother apart, who was obviously the inspiration, I think most people would love to die before 90. |
