Well there goes the ban gun theory out the window! And if they banned guns for legal ownership this instantly creates a massive profit margin market for illegal gun trafficking. It has happened here its rather easy to get an illegal gun here easier than a legal one. There is international groups of criminal smuggling them in here for this very reason. |

Well there goes the ban gun theory out the window! You telling me a murderer didn't care about gun laws? Say it ain't so. Rev. 21:4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. "The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he break, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime and the punishment of his guilt." -Philpot Curran |

Well there goes the ban gun theory out the window! Officials said in a news conference that Spengler has a lengthy criminal history. "In 1980, he was arrested by the Webster police and charged with killing his grandmother. He was convicted in 1981. He served time in the New York state prison system until 1998 and was on supervised parole until 2006," Pickering said. "I don't believe that we've had any contact with him criminally in recent past." Pickering also acknowledged Spengler was not allowed to own weapons because he was a convicted felon. "We don't know where the weapons came from, but we will most certainly find out," he said. Firefighters were unable to put out the blaze until police were able to secure the scene.
