Anyone NOT cellebrating Christ mas?

I'm not!

I celebrated the "Nativity of the SUN, of God", on the winter solstice.

i don't attend christ mass if that's what you asking...

i might have a party tomorrow with family and friends, to celebrate the start of a new cycle.

I do not celebrate other peoples religious beliefs.

I have no religious beliefs.

I want to. Haven't had a tree or gifts for my family in several years due to poverty. I told Jesus He keeps forgetting to invite us to His celebration. I'm not being sarcastic, I still follow Christ but am extra weary of being on the outside looking in. Just sayin.

I haven't for almost 20 yrs now. Some little voice inside says if most of the whole world is doing something it's probably best that I don't.

Yeah, after learning the truth about what it really was-I quit! I want to show God that I will not (knowingly or unknowingly) worship any other god....especially not the sun god!

Growing up in a maybe lower to middle class delineation of life whose household routinely set out a tree and showered my sister and I with what presents they could afford, always left my feeling uncomfortable with feelings of having to fake liking a gift, why am I deserving of this gift, and does my sister / am I feeling envious of siblings gift(s)? Never fully enjoyed the pomp and circumstance, from an early age. Wishing everyone well.

wtf is it celebrating? And what is there to celebrate? Regardless if your life is fucked up or not wtf is it even for is what I wonder?
I means not having to go to work and sleep in, this is possibly worth celebrating.
All I got was a $50 gift voucher from my boss which was ok, and some stuff off my sister which was nice.
I never bought anyone anything but then I buy people shit all times of the year.

I'm only in it for the tasty perks.
