I'd guess this is just Morgans reaction to the shooting. That kid should have never got hold of any guns, no mater who's they were. I'm sure if you have children in the house your supposed to keep your guns and ammo secure. I'm not American so do not know if this is the case, but it should be.

Notice I'm not saying no guns, just making sure a child can not walk out of the house with armed weapons.

In the UK peirs morgan is mostly disliked and not well known and most well known for judging Britains got talent and being Simon Cowels right hand man. Nobody takes him seriously here i dont understand why he has so much influence in America.
