I don't expect you to get a response from a moderator or admin, because they simply don't care about their membership.

They ban people for no or little reason. For example, when they don't like your opinion. Sometimes they ban IP ranges, sometimes ISP's. Sometimes you get banned for a couple of days, sometimes it takes months. There is no consistency.
