How has meditation helped you and what have been the hardest desires or character flaws that you have had to overcome?

And rid myself of all mortal poisons. Meat, alcohol, starch, fluoride. Next thing, was overcoming the fear of being connected to the other dimensions at all times. Why did you have a fear of being connected to other dimensions? To any mortal, being able to consistently communicate with demons, angels, and other immortals, may not be initially comfortable. To some, it's easier to get used to.
