Hi, what techniques or practices, would you consider to someone who would like to become more "spiritually" advanced?

When I Sun-gaze or just sit in the Sun, I gain a lot of energy. I do this anytime I get a chance while the Sun is out. What does the harshest UV rays do to our energetic Aura? The more I do these practices the stronger my mind becomes. What do you feel about working with energy. Energy medicine is now my passion after finding it very beneficial for me. It has opened my mind. Peace
