Hmmm, this sounds suspiciously like the asshat who started the thread about his daughter traumatized by the gun display at Walmart that he was going to petition Walmart to stop selling them. If your kid at the age of six knows the name bushmaster or AR-15 then you as a parent need to monitor her television watching.

You've allowed the media to infiltrate her brain if a six year old is calling for a ban on assault rifles. That's really some pitiful parenting on your side, bud. You are raising a child to blindly follow what is spoon fed to her by CNN. You had better sit her down and tell her about all the people killed by car accidents, by lightning, by drowning, by bee stings, by walking...better yet, Judy keep her locked in the basement so she isn't afraid of the big bad world.

I guarantee you if the shooter had access to a handgun, he would've used that instead, so it being an assault rifle has nothing to do with it. It had to do with a chemically unbalanced kid and bad parenting, so take notes. That kid of yours could have the same problems in 10 years if you don't do your job and be a parent!
