And how long did you keep it in the carboy before you bottled it. Good carbination? Quoting: hapless moran 5 star active dry yeast. I waited a few days after it quit bubbling(12 days). Not carbonated too much yet, it will be after it's been bottled for a bit. Drinking the non carb now and felling pretty good. |

Thaw the frozen apple juice & pour all into a carboy or 5 gallon bucket w/airlock. Empty packet of yeast on top & lightly stir in. Seal and wait about 10 days. Bottle. (I've used mason jars too.) Enjoy. If you want your head to explode mix in a quart of rum in the beginning. Makes a fine Johhny Jump Up. |
