NOT SO BREAKING!! FDA: Drug companies faked thousands of drug documents, 15,000+ deaths

When I was a pscyh student at UPenn, I got an internship working with a big name PhD psych professor. I entered all the data and ran the initial statistical analysis.

When the statistics did not "prove" the new drug... well then we had an invitation-only meeting: me, the PhD (Hungarian), his 2nd in command PhD student (Mexican).

We would review the data.

Doctors whose reviews were way off were removed- a legitimate thing in statistical analysis. But, this should be done by comparing the statistical probability against the rest of the data. Instead, some researchers' work were thrown out because removing them made the resulting regression analysis look better for the drug study.

The same applied to patients. If their responses showed the drug was not working, some of them would be thrown out of the study. This was just to make the drug appear to be effective.

After that, I quit studying Psychology. World's best school for psychology, and that is what they had.

I saw the PhD's name in the news last year. He was accused of signing his name to a research paper which he never worked on. It was prepared by a BigPharm company, which had stolen the research from another researcher.

The University exonerated him of all wrongdoing. He brings tens of millions of dollars in private research grants to the school.

That's nothing, what about all the FDA rejected drugs that can and has cured cancer, many viruses, etc? Stuff that will kill the pharma business of perpetual illness. The sad fact that you can cure your dog of cancer but not yourself.

The very first step that should be taken is to remove the 'efficacy' portion of the FDA. They should only govern safety, clean equipment, proper dosage, etc. Efficacy should be a whole different agency, removing monetary gain from the FDA and it's cronies. That's a first step, they have way too much power.

Advocates from AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) today criticized Gilead Sciences and its CEO John Martin on the news that the company landed on Standard & Poor’s top 100 gainers list for November, 2012 shortly after scoring record profits in its 2012 third quarter. According to a Cabot Investing Newsletters news item, “Gilead Sciences (GILD) was one of the top S&P 100 gainers list for November, Investor’s Business Daily reported. The S&P 100 index includes the very biggest U.S. companies — the largest market cap stocks in the broader S&P 500. Megacaps often offer slower gains, but Gilead was a big winner last month.”

There is no money in diseases you can cure, thus no focus on curing them.
If the drug companies es do not care if you die of a fulminate infection, what makes you think they care if you die of cancer?

It's obvious they will do anything for the potential of billions of dollars involved with each new drug approval.

Lying bastards! Any company caught should LOOSE THEIR U.S. PATENT RIGHTS FOR TEN YEARS! Plus paying the medical costs and wrongful death settlements from those who were injured or killed by their lying greedy bullshit!

Then let other companies copy what they already have under patent and let them feel the loss of revenue for a good ten years. That would be fair. How do you punish a company worth tens of billions or more like some big drug conglomerates are? I wish some of these Federal Judges had some creativity in their souls vs greed and apathy.

If the American citizens know this and all the other crap is going on and they do nothing about it who should feel sorry that it is happening to them?
Do they expect TPTB to wake up one morning and suddenly realize what fuck-ups they are?
