As for dumbest, you have to define a benchmark if you are expecting serious replies. Are you just being offensive or asking a serious question about intelligence?

Something I noticed when I was in hospital last was that there were hardly ANY Australian doctors working there. WHY??? Is medical education more accessible in other countries? Are Australians just too dumb (unintelligent) to handle a double degree to be a doctor?

My personal experiences of our states education system is farcical! It was fair enough getting straight F's when I was a lazy, disinterested kid, but I have recently applied myself to study as an adult & I STILL got straight F's! Because I made an ADULT decision to study what was relevant to my needs & had problems that prevented me from attending classes.

It's 2012, and we really do seem to have dumber kids than when I was a kid in 1981!
